Hannah Nichols is a South Dakota native, but has fallen in love with the culture of New Mexico. Her love of dance brought her to the Southwest and has inspired her to grow a youth dance community here. She is pursuing her Bachelors of Contemporary Dance at New Mexico State University, and is certified in teaching Buti Yoga, Hot Buti Yoga, Ballet Barre Fitness, and POUND. She strives to promote creativity as well as healing through movement and physical fitness.

Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movement, Buti favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion.
